In its most compact version, the Bastille measures W82 x D33 x H80cm. It can be placed in the train's luggage compartment, just like a standard piece of luggage.
The Bastille comes with a carrying case to protect it when traveling by train or car.
There's also a compatible kickstand and a BASTILLE pannier rack, specially designed for folding the bike. It can carry up to 2 panniers, for a total of 15kg.

The Bastille's geometry has been designed to be as universal as possible. It fits people from 1m65 to 1m90. There are two types of handlebars, straight or upright, for a dynamic or comfortable position.

The Bastille bike is a premium, fully-equipped city bike that folds up in seconds.
Easy to transport: Folded in its most compact form, the Bastille slips easily into public transport or in the boot of a car. It can also be stored at home or in the office, taking up less space than a regular bicycle.
Folded into the T position, the Bastille bike can be pulled along behind you like a suitcase, so it can follow you everywhere: in a lift, at the station, in your office or on an escalator, you won't need to carry it, it just slides along behind you.
Multimodal journeys: If you combine several means of transport (bike, train, bus), the folding bike allows you to move quickly from one mode of transport to another without having to find somewhere to park it.
Reduced risk of theft and wear and tear: The fact that you can take it indoors with you considerably reduces the risk of theft compared with a regular bike that you would have to leave outside. By storing it at home, you also avoid the risk of wear and tear or damage associated with narrow parking spaces.
Comfort and performance: Unfolded, the Bastille is an excellent urban bike, fully equipped for the city: hydraulic disc brakes, belt drive, hub with integrated gears, aluminum mudguard, etc. Its large 27.5-inch wheels give you comfort and stability in town and on the open road.

Voilà quelques mois que je pratique le Bastille.
J'ai d'abord été subjugué par la facilité de déploiement du vélo par le revendeur en plein milieu de sa boutique à Meung sur Loire ! Acheter au départ pour faciliter mes trajets velotaff multimodales il est devenu bien plus que ça ! Un vélo qui m'accompagne en vacances pas seulement parce que je le mets dans la voiture, un vélo agréable à voyager ! Une esthétique racée, un pliage toujours satisfaisant... bref un vélo qui rempli bien plus de missions que ce qu'il devait faire initialement !
Mon Bastille est mon vélo de tous les jours. Il me lâche jamais, que ce soit pour aller faire mes courses, pour aller travailler, pour aller rejoindre des ami.es.
Mais le moment préféré c’est quand les gens autour de moi ne s’attendent pas à ce qu'un vélo pliant s’ouvre si rapidement. Je le déplie en 2 secondes et je file pédaler. Je me sens badass.

Depuis que j’ai adopté le Bastille, il m’accompagne au quotidien dans mes trajets multimodaux sur Paris (vélo-train-métro-vélo), et chaque semaine ou weekend entre Paris et Bruxelles où vit ma femme. C’est devenu un compagnon de route fiable, que je peux aussi glisser dans un taxi quand il pleut ou que la soirée s’est un peu trop prolongée. Sur les chemins de la Loire récemment, il a sublimé un week-end entre amis : confort, efficacité, simplicité et performance. Bientôt, direction l’Autriche en train de nuit, toujours plié mais bien présent. Merci !
